A good product but when a lot of printing must be done atone time we have to take the cartridge out and shake it to redistribute the ink.

Bought an original Canon toner cartridge and had to return it. No matter how much we played and adjusted our settings it printed light. We bought an aftermarket cartridge and it printed fine for less than half the money. Even though the office depot cartridge was much more expensive we brought it back for an exchange. Having it in stock they helped us out of an emergency and that's worth something. I will try and avoid that type of emergency in the future.
